A flexible solution that meets MHRA standards
CliniSupplies had a requirement to monitor and control temperatures in the warehouse, racking areas and cold rooms. Their previous system was out dated and labour intensive. It employed 3 standalone temperature monitoring devices. "We had to keep going round all the time to check and write down the temperatures. The devices were uncalibrated and the system as a whole did not meet MHRA regulations" explains David.
"We looked at two other companies before choosing Isatec but their systems didn't offer all the features that Isatec did - they just weren't as flexible or comprehensive". CliniSupplies chosen solution was Sensilla, a state of the art wireless and web based system that meets the requirements of both CliniSupplies and the MHRA.
The beauty of the system
"The system runs itself - that's the beauty of it. It automatically gives you a signal when certain levels have been breached and provides a record of any actions taken which is vital for when we are inspected. The system is robust, easy to use, reliable and is operational 24 hours a day recording data in real time."
David went on to say: "The engineer who installed the system was very clued up on our requirements and knew exactly what he was doing. I also have the remote alarm facility on my mobile phone which is another great feature."
