Eurostock Food Group operates from two state of the art production facilities in Northern Ireland and Wigan. Both sites process beef, lamb, pork and poultry. They offer the very best in raw and cooked meat products and supply the leading names in the retail, food service and manufacturing sectors. Tom Sandbach is their Technical Manager and operates from their Wigan site.
Isatec Beats the Competition

State of the Art
The Wigan site is concerned with frozen meat processing so a sophisticated solution was required. Isatec recommended Sensilla, their new web based product which offers wireless temperature monitoring and a sophisticated alarm system including alerts via email, sms or on screen.
"The alarm system is critical to our business and provides peace of mind whether I'm on site or off site as alerts can be sent to my mobile" states Tom.
Sensilla is used throughout the chilled processing, production and storage areas. It also assists with HACCP compliance. Eurostock now have a state of the art temperature monitoring system to complement their state of the art production facility.
The Future
Eurostock is already keen to work with Isatec in other areas. They are looking at process monitoring in the oven and cook areas and process monitoring for blast freezing.
